Christmas Meal

XMAS MENU. £19-50.

The Xmas meal will be on the 6th.December 2014, at Clevedon Golf Club, 7pm for 7.30 pm.

Menu.

Starters.

White Onion Soup with dark truffle oil.

Homemade crab, spring onion and mozzarella fishcakes with salad and plum chutney.

Goats’s cheese and walnut soufflé with apricot chutney and balsamic reduction.

Mains.

Roast Turkey with all the trimmings.

Roast rib of beef with garlic confit shallots and horseradish cream.

Pan fried salmon with whole grain mustard and mussel and mussel cream.

All mains served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes.

Sweets.

Christmas pudding with brandy cream.

Apple and rhubarb tart with vanilla clotted cream and white chocolate dressing.
